REMINDER FOR BLUE SAR MOTHERS: Blue Star Mother of America is a private nonprofit organization in the United States that provides support for mother who have sons or daughters in active service in the US Armed Forces.
Once again, a box has been placed in the high school office for collections to be sent to our service men and women serving overseas. Please stop in the office and check out the shopping list. Cash donations will also be accepted for mailing of the packages. Last year the Blue Star Mothers were overwhelmed by the response of our school from items collected. Deadline is this Friday. If you have any questions, please stop in the high school office.
NOTE FROM COACH WHITE:
The first team meeting for boys grades 7-8 will be immediately after school today. Meeting will take approximately 30 minutes. Practice schedules will be distributed at that time.
Junior Class: Just a reminder that poinsettia/wreath order forms and money are due TODAY!
Attention any wrestlers: The first mandatory practice is Friday, November 15th after school. Mats will be down in the wrestling room and we will have open mats after school every day until then. Make sure that if you were not involved in a fall sport, you have gotten a physical.
NOTE FROM COACH BASS: This year, both our girls’ and boys’ basketball programs will be participating in a free-throw shoot-a-thon! The event will take place on Sunday, Nov 17th. Each member of the program will shoot 50 free throws.
