How to apply
Navigate to Final Forms, adabulldogs.org/page/finalforms
Once logged in you will see a blue box in the middle of the screen to apply for the "2026–2027 school year"
There will be a warning on the screen prompting you to confirm you are entering data in the correct year
Please note: Paper applications will not be accepted.
