Dear Parents & Students,
The 48th Annual Music Feast Show Choir Invitational will be held on Saturday November 8, 2025. We need all of the volunteer help we can get from our Music Family and the surrounding community.
This year we are using SignUp.com, the leading online signup and reminder tool, to organize our upcoming activity. We need help both on setup, Friday November 7th, and the event day, Saturday November 8th.

Sign up: Choose your times to volunteer – SignUp will send you an automated confirmation and reminders. SignUp does not share your email address with anyone.
Notes about signups:
All music families (other than the VS students) are expected to sign up for at least 8 hours of volunteer time over this 2-day event. This event is a huge undertaking so we need your help to keep it running smoothly.
If you have a Varsity Singers student, please do not sign them up using the online tool. Varsity Singer students will already have preassigned duties as determined by Mr. Henning and will all be expected to be at school both Friday evening and all day on Saturday until the event ends.
If you have a non-VS music student, please sign them up only for those spots that say “student”.
Volunteers Information:
Please park in the Front Parking Lot near the main school entrance
Upon arrival, please report to the Volunteer Check-in located just inside the front doors.
After you have completed your shift(s), please return to the Volunteer Check-In so we know what positions are currently available.
It takes over 100 volunteers to successfully make Music Feast happen! THANK YOU in advance for helping with this wonderful event.
