Ada Exempted Village Schools is looking for a dynamic and organized individual to serve in a dual role for the 2025–2026 school year:

🔹 Part-Time Elementary School Secretary
🔹 Part-Time District Public Relations Coordinator

If you enjoy working in a school setting, have strong communication skills, and love telling the story of your school community — this could be the perfect fit for you!

📝 Responsibilities include:

Front office support at the elementary school

Clerical duties and student attendance

Managing the district calendar and communications

Promoting district programs, events, and student achievements

💼 Preferred qualifications:

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Experience with office software and social media

Ability to multitask

School or PR experience is a plus!
