A portion of the proceeds from the evening will go directly to support the Ada Boys Soccer program. Bring your family, tell your friends, and come out for great food, community spirit, and a chance to support our Ada Soccer athletes!
Bonus! It’s the perfect excuse to skip cooking and enjoy a great meal while giving back.

Our elementary students made signs, shared cheers and gave a lot of love to the Varsity Boys Basketball and Wrestling teams as they head out to compete tonight. The cheers, high-fives, and Bulldog spirit were in full force!
Join us in cheering on and supporting all of our Bulldog athletes as they compete.
Go Bulldogs!

These amazing team members work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our buildings safe, clean, and welcoming—creating the perfect environment for our students to learn, grow, and thrive.
Thank you for going above and beyond your job duties and for being such valuable members of the Ada Schools family. Your hard work truly makes a difference every single day!

We want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate our amazing 2nd and 3rd grade students for the wonderful performance they gave last night. These students practiced for weeks, putting in a great deal of time, effort, and enthusiasm to prepare for the show. Their dedication and hard work were truly admirable, and they did a fantastic job on stage!
Thank you to our students, teachers, and staff who helped make the musical such a success. We are incredibly proud of all of our young performers!

Ada Schools proudly recognizes and celebrates the incredible work of our school social worker, Katie Badertscher, and the vital role she plays in supporting our students, families, and staff each and every day.
School social workers are essential partners in student mental health, equity, and school success. They help remove social, emotional, and environmental barriers to learning—supporting students who may be facing trauma, poverty, disability, discrimination, homelessness, family stress, and more. As youth mental health needs continue to rise, school social workers are not a luxury — they are a lifeline.
Katie is uniquely trained to bridge home, school, and community, ensuring Ada students receive the support they need to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. Thank you for being an advocate, a problem-solver, a listener, and a champion for our students. 💛 We are grateful for all you do!

The event featured a keynote address from Jerry Snodgrass, former executive director of the Ohio High School Athletic Association, who shared an inspiring message with students and families.
We are especially proud to share that two Ada students, Emersyn Lee and Grant Smith, were honored as Northwest Region Champions! This recognition highlights exceptional students for their character, academic achievement, leadership, and service.
Ada Schools is incredibly proud of Emersyn and Grant and the example they set each day. Congratulations on this well-deserved honor!

Students explored the concept of conservation of energy with a hands-on bowling ball pendulum demonstration. By observing how the bowling ball swings and returns to nearly the same height, students saw firsthand how energy transfers between potential and kinetic energy—without being lost.
Experiences like this make science memorable and meaningful. Great work applying physics in action!
Registration will need to be completed through FinalForms. Once all forms are complete (and documents have been uploaded) you will be emailed a link to sign up for a screening time. Screenings will be held on May 7th and 8th.
Please note an important update for families: House Bill 114 has changed kindergarten admission requirements. Children must turn five years old on or before the first day of the school year to enroll. Admission is now tied directly to the first day of instruction, which on our adopted calendar is August 24, 2026. This is different from years past, so we want to be sure families are aware of the first day of school as they plan ahead.

They will be honored at a regional celebration at Bluffton University on March 3.
We are so proud of the difference they make at Ada Schools!

The store is open year-round, so you can shop anytime! There are tons of options for everyone — students, parents, alumni, and fans — making it a great opportunity to grab some new Ada gear and show your Bulldog pride. https://football.1stplacespiritwear.com/sites/OH/Ada/Ada+High+School

Dr. Seuss Week is coming up! Ada Elementary Students are invited to celebrate Dr. Seuss Week March 2nd–March 6th with a fun dress-up schedule!
Dr. Seuss Day is celebrated each year to promote the joy of reading and inspire a love of books in children. Throughout the week, we’ll celebrate the imagination, creativity, and timeless stories that have charmed generations. Let’s celebrate the joy of reading together!
🔴 Monday – “The Cat in the Hat” Wear stripes and/or your favorite hat.
🎭 Tuesday – “Character Day” Dress like your favorite Dr. Seuss book character.
🤪 Wednesday – “Wacky Wednesday” Get wacky! Wear your clothes backwards, inside out, or mismatched.
💚 Thursday – “Green Eggs & Ham” Wear something green.
😴 Friday – “Sleep Book” Wear pajamas or comfy clothes (school appropriate).

To top it off, the group wrapped up their lesson with a hands-on (and delicious!) activity — making homemade ice cream using milk, rock salt, and ice. The kindergarteners loved shaking their bags and watching science turn into a sweet treat!
We’re proud of our FFA students for representing the values of the National FFA Organization and for serving as great role models for our youngest Bulldogs. Great job!
