💪📚 Big Bulldogs Meet Little Bulldogs! 🐾
Our High School Strength Training classes spent time with Ada Preschool students last week — teaming up to lead a fun and active lesson!
The high schoolers did an amazing job teaching our preschoolers some great habits. It was a great opportunity for our older students to serve as positive role models while connecting with our youngest Bulldogs! 💜
We love seeing our students learning with and from one another.

🚒🔥 Fire Safety Day at Ada Elementary! 🔥🚒
Our K–5 students had an exciting and educational visit from the Ada Fire Department last week! Firefighters shared important fire safety tips — including what to do when you hear a smoke detector, how to stay low to the ground, and how to use the back of your hand to check for heat before opening a door.
Students also learned about the importance of having a family meeting place in case of a fire and got to see all the protective gear firefighters wear to stay safe. They even had the chance to see and hear a firefighter breathe through their mask — helping them feel comfortable recognizing firefighters in full gear during an emergency.
A big thank-you to the Ada Fire Department for taking the time to teach our Bulldogs how to stay safe and calm in an emergency! 💜👩🚒👨🚒

Honoring Our Veterans at Ada Schools❤️🤍💙
This morning, Ada Schools was honored to continue our beautiful Veterans Day tradition of hosting a breakfast to recognize and thank those who have served our country. Over 50 veterans and guests joined us for this special event.
The program featured guest speaker Dave Lusk, a moving performance of Taps by Justin Bowden, and heartfelt thank-you cards created by our 6th–8th grade students. The cafeteria was beautifully decorated with patriotic artwork from Mrs. Winklejohn’s art classes, adding a meaningful touch to the celebration.
We are deeply grateful to all the veterans who joined us and to the staff and volunteers who helped make this event possible. It was truly a special way to honor the bravest and truest of Americans.

💀🌼 Ada High School’s Language Club gathered to learn about Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) last week — a vibrant celebration that honors the lives of loved ones who have passed. Officially celebrated on November 1st and 2nd, this tradition has Mexican and Indigenous roots and is now embraced by many cultures around the world.
Students explored the meaning behind the holiday’s colorful customs and decorated their own “calaveras” (skulls) — both on sugar skulls and as cookie creations! 🍪🎨
It was a fun and meaningful way to learn about another culture’s traditions and the beauty of remembering those who came before us. ❤️💐 #AdaBulldogs #LanguageClub #DiaDeLosMuertos
