The School Resource Officer role is truly unique within law enforcement. SROs serve in a three-part role—acting as informal mentors and counselors, law educators, and law enforcement officers. Every day, Deputy Carl builds positive relationships with students, supports staff, and helps ensure our schools remain safe and welcoming places to learn and grow.
Thank you, Deputy Carl, for all you do!

Today we celebrate kindness, friendship, and the connections that make our Bulldog community so special. From classroom celebrations to small acts of appreciation, Valentine’s Day is a wonderful reminder of the importance of caring for one another.
We are grateful for our students, staff, families, and community members who show love and support to Ada Schools each and every day. 💕
Wishing everyone a day filled with kindness, smiles, and a little extra joy!

It’s the perfect time to celebrate the rides, routes, and friendly faces that help learning happen. Love the Bus Month puts the spotlight on the buses—and the people behind them—who make getting to school safe, dependable, and full of possibility.

Please keep in mind that when there is snow or water on the playground, students may get wet while playing or running. If students choose to play in water or snow without proper gear, they may feel cold, wet, or uncomfortable. We encourage families to talk with their children about this and to send coats, gloves, hats, boots, and other appropriate winter clothing to help them stay warm and dry.
Thank you for your support in helping our Bulldogs stay prepared for winter recess!
👏 Congratulations to our honorees:
December: Lydia Demascio & Zack Zimmerman
January: Laenen Ulrey & Mick Martinez
February: Alyssa Nau & Avery Conner
We’re so proud of the hard work, character, and commitment these Bulldogs show every day. Way to represent Ada Schools!

From offering guidance and encouragement to helping students navigate challenges and set goals, our counselors play a vital role in helping every student thrive. We are grateful for the compassion, dedication, and impact they bring to our school community every day.
Thank you for all you do to amplify student success!

ASL 3 students shared developmentally appropriate signs with the preschoolers, focusing on fun topics like animals, numbers, and food. ASL 4 students brought stories to life by reading popular children’s books and teaching signs that matched the stories.
Most importantly, this visit created meaningful connections between our littlest Bulldogs and our high school students. It was a wonderful example of learning, leadership, and Bulldog pride in action!

Meet the smiling faces that keep our buildings running smoothly! Our amazing building secretaries recently got the caricature treatment, and the results are just as fun and full of personality as they are.
These are the friendly voices answering your calls, greeting students and families, and helping keep each school day on track. We’re so lucky to have such welcoming, hardworking Bulldogs at the front lines of our schools!
Take a look, have a laugh, and give a big shout-out to our incredible secretaries — Ada Schools wouldn’t be the same without them!
